Handing over fulfilment usually means losing your workspace along with your stockroom. Not here. Stackhouse clients get a dedicated working station at the warehouse. Come in, plug in, and run your business with your inventory racked below you.
What you get
A dedicated working station
Your own desk space in the office upstairs at the Rainham site, not a hot-desk lottery. Come in any working day, Monday to Friday, 9am–6pm.
Meeting space
Host suppliers, couriers, photographers or your own team at the warehouse. Sign off samples with the actual stock in hand instead of over email.
Parking & access
Around 20 parking spaces on site, and Rainham station (c2c) is 25 minutes from Fenchurch Street. Your stock is a staircase away, not a support ticket away.
Why we do this: no other 3PL lets clients work from the building. We think that's backwards: it's your stock and your business; you should be able to sit next to both. It also keeps us honest: when clients walk the floor every week, service problems don't hide.
What clients use it for
- Content days: pull products straight off the shelf for photography and TikTok, then put them back.
- Quality checks: inspect a new batch or quarantined returns yourself, the day they land.
- Supplier meetings: negotiate with the goods on the table, not in a coffee shop.
- Normal work: some clients simply work here a day or two a week. Ads, emails, calls, with their operation around them.
How to get set up
Working stations are arranged per client. Tell us what you'd use and how often when you get your quote, and we'll sort the details when you visit. Simplest way to see if it suits you: come in and try the desk before you sign anything.
