What are returns really costing you?
Most 3PLs bury returns costs across three invoice lines. Put your numbers in and see what the same volume costs on our published card. Then ask your current provider for their all-in figure — in writing.

How much does returns processing cost?
£3.95 flat per return (excl. VAT). Receiving, inspection, restocking and reporting included. No assessment fees, no surcharges for "complex" returns.
What happens to items that can't be restocked?
Your call: quarantine for your own inspection (walk in and look), rework at £18/hour, or disposal per your standing instructions. Nothing is destroyed without your say-so.
How fast are returns processed?
Typically inspected and restocked within 48 hours of arrival. Restocked items are sellable again immediately.
Why is your returns price so much lower than other 3PLs?
Most 3PLs treat returns as an awkward exception and price them to discourage you. We laid out our warehouse to process them efficiently, published one flat number, and still do the job properly.
