The open door

When you hand your stock to most fulfilment companies, you get a dashboard and a support queue. At Stackhouse you get a building: come in any working day, work from the office upstairs, meet your suppliers here, and stand next to your own stock whenever you like.
We do this because we can afford to. There's nothing behind the racking: the prices are published, the warehouse is inspectable, and the team who pack your orders will know your name.
- Walk-in access: visit your stock any working day. No appointment theatre, no "retrieval fees".
- Dedicated working stations: work from the warehouse: desks, meeting space and around 20 parking spaces at the Rainham site.
- A named team: the same people on site 9am–6pm, who know your products by sight.
- Monthly billing: one itemised invoice a month, matched to the published rate card to the penny.
- On-site packaging manufacturing: we make boxes here, so your consumables cost less too.

Every price, published. Compare us with anyone.
No "get a quote to unlock pricing". The full card is public, dated, and lower than the big 3PLs on every line we publish. If someone quotes you less, send it over. If we can't beat it, we'll say so.

How it works
Three steps. The first one is a visit.
1 · Walk in and check
Book a visit, walk the racking, meet the team, see the security. Then decide. We don't ask anyone to sign for a warehouse they haven't seen.
2 · Send your stock
Goods booked in, counted, shelved and barcoded. Shopify, Amazon, TikTok Shop and eBay connect for automatic order flow.
3 · We pick, pack, ship
Dispatch within 24 hours, Royal Mail tracked. Returns handled for £2.99 flat. Your invoice matches the published card to the penny.

If we're not cheaper, we'll tell you plainly. If we are, you'll see exactly where, and you can inspect what you're paying for before you sign anything.
