Your customers' data, when you're a client

Fulfilling orders means processing your customers' names, addresses and order details. There, you are the controller and we act as your processor under UK GDPR, on the data-processing terms in our client terms & conditions. We use vetted sub-processors to deliver the service (our warehouse operator and delivery carriers), and a current list is available on request. We don't use your customers' data for anything except fulfilling your orders, and we delete or return it when the service ends.
